This page describes what happens when you visit nejm.io. It does not describe what happens to data inside the platform itself — that runs in the customer’s own environment and never reaches us.
What this site collects
Nothing. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing in your browser. There is no form to fill in and no account to create.
What leaves the page
One request. The typeface is served by Google Fonts, so your browser contacts fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com to fetch it, which discloses your IP address to Google in the ordinary way any web font does. Nothing else is requested from anywhere.
Our server records standard access logs — the request, the time, and the address it came from — as any web server does. They are used to keep the site running and are not combined with anything else.
If you write to us
Email sent to contact@nejm.io reaches us and nobody else. We keep it for as long as the conversation is live, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass what you tell us about your organisation to anyone.
Asking us to delete it
Write to contact@nejm.io and we will delete the correspondence we hold from you.
